Funding and Rebates

My hourly rate is $193.99

Assessments are typically 60- 90 mins in duration

Follow up sessions are typically 30 mins in duration

Non face to face time: report writing, letters and other desktop work is billed at $193.99/hr

All invoices need to be paid within 7 days

 

Private Health Fund and Medicare Rebates

Most private health funds provide rebates for visits to dietitians.

The rebate depends on your level of cover. It is best to contact your fund to enquire prior to assessment.

I am unable to process private health fund rebates through HICAPS. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Medicare

I am registered with Medicare for clients who have Chronic Disease Management (formerly known as Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan) – GP Services. Your child’s GP determines whether your child is eligible. Therefore, it is best that you consult your GP prior to assessment. Medicare rebates $53.80 for 1- 5 appointments. Please be mindful of gap fee.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

For those participants with NDIS funding:

To assess my support under NDIS parents need to be plan managed or self managed

From July 1st, 2023:

Workshops

I feel it is my professional responsibility to share my  knowledge and insights. I also love to talk!  My aim is to educate, motivate and inspire your group with evidence based research presented in a way that is practical and easy to implement. If you are looking for a speaker to present to your group, school or organisation just let me know! Group presentations and workshops- start from $440 for a  2 hour workshop.

Cancellation Policy

I understand clients have to cancel their appointment. Please give me as much notice as possible as I have a long waiting list.

I have a 48 hour full fee cancellation policy for short notice cancellations.
