Funding and Rebates

My hourly rate is $188.99

Assessments are typically 60- 90 mins in duration +  non face time time if required

Follow up sessions are typically 30- 45 mins in duration +  non face time time if required

Non face to face fee include: preparation for therapy session, report writing, letters, communicating with other therapist, record keeping requirements and other appointment related work is billed at $188.99/hr.

All invoices are payable within 14 days.

 

Private Health Fund and Medicare Rebates

Most private health funds offer rebates for dietetic services as a component of their extras cover.

The rebate depends on your level of cover. It is best to contact your fund to enquire prior to assessment.

I am unable to process private health fund rebates through HICAPS. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Medicare

I am registered with Medicare for clients who have Chronic Disease Management (formerly known as Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan) – GP Services. Your child’s GP determines whether your child is eligible. Therefore, it is best that you consult your GP prior to assessment. Medicare rebates $61.80 for 1- 5 appointments. Please be mindful of gap fee.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Please note: I am not registered to service NDIS Agency Managed Participants.

To access my support under NDIS participants need to be plan managed or self managed.

From July 1st, 2025:

Hourly rate – $188.99

 Nutritional therapy services can draw from the following funding areas:

  • Capacity Building Early Childhood Interventions Supports (under 9yrs)
  • Capacity Building Improved Health and Wellbeing
  • Capacity Building Improved Daily Living
  • Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Life

Workshops

I feel it is my professional responsibility to share my  knowledge and insights. I also love to talk!  My aim is to educate, motivate and inspire your group with evidence based research presented in a way that is practical and easy to implement. If you are looking for a speaker to present to your group, school or organisation just let me know! Group presentations and workshops- start from $440 for a  2 hour workshop.

Cancellation Policy

I understand clients have to cancel their appointment. Please give me as much notice as possible as I have a long waiting list.

I have a 48 hour full fee cancellation policy for short notice cancellations.
